Shipping policy

We will process and ship all orders as expediently as possible - generally within one business day.
Orders shipped to P.O. boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or to International addresses will be sent by U.S. First Class or Priority Mail only.
If an item is on back order, we will notify you immediately.
If any items on your order cannot be shipped together there will be no additional delivery charges for multiple shipments.

ORDERS $100 or less: $10 SHIPPING


SPECIAL U.S. DELIVERY FEES
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - ADD $50 SHIPPING (ORDER MUST BE PLACED BY 3:00 PM PST - MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY)
SATURDAY DELIVERY, ADD $90 SHIPPING (ORDER MUST BE PLACED BY 3PM PST ON FRIDAY).
THERE IS NO SUNDAY DELIVERY.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDER PLACED ON SATURDAY WILL BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY. ADD $90 SHIPPING (ORDER MUST BE PLACED BY 3PM PST ON SATURDAY).

Special International Conditions:
We will only ship to the official billing address of the credit card used for purchase as listed with your credit card company or issuing bank. No alternate shipping addresses may be used.
Some international shipping will require additional charges and are evaluated on a case by case basis. You will be promptly notified of any additional charges prior to processing your order.
The customer is responsible to pay all international duties and taxes due upon receipt of the package.
The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred during the processing of any returns and exchanges.
Packaging
All Purchases will be delivered in discrete outer packaging.

Unless you select a boxing option at checkout, purchases will be wrapped in tissue, sealed with an Aricie Lingerie sticker and delivered in a bubble protected envelope.

Delivery Time
For standard shipping, allow up to 3-7 days for domestic U.S. delivery time & 2-4 weeks for international delivery time.
Next day delivery orders are processed and shipped the same day if the orders are received by 3pm PST Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday and Tuesday respectively.
Next day delivery is not available for international orders.
